At Garland Hunting Safaris, our all inclusive African hunting packages are designed to provide international hunters with an authentic, personalized, and hassle free hunting experience in South Africa. A Complete African Hunting Experience 
From the moment you arrive at East London Airport until we return you at the end of your safari, our aim is to take care of every aspect of your hunting experience. 

Throughout your safari, Brendan Moorcroft, your licensed hunting outfitter and professional hunter, will be personally involved in your hunt, ensuring that you receive a professional and individualized experience from beginning to end. 

Our packages are structured to give you eight full days hunting, providing ample time to pursue yhe trophy animals included in your selected package while enjoying a relaxed and unhurried African hunting experience. 

Transparent Pricing. No Hidden Costs. 
We want you to arrive in South Africa knowing exactly what to expect from your safari. Our all inclusive packages are designed to cover the essential costs associated with your hunt, from accommodation and meals to transportation, hunting services, trophy fees, rifle hire, ammunition, permits, and licences. 

The price you agree to for your selected package is the price you pay for everything included in that package. Additional costs will only apply should you choose to take extra trophy animals, bring an observer, or make use of services specifically excluded from the package. 

With no deposit required, you can book your safari with confidence and settle payment at the conclusion of your hunt. 

Whether you choose one of our established all inclusive hunting packages or allow us to create a customized safari specifically for you, our goal is simple: to provide you with a professional, personal, and unforgettable African hunting experience from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. 

What’s Included in your all inclusive African Hunting Package 

• Trophy animals as specified in your selected package 

• Eight full hunting days and nine nights of accommodation 

• All daily hunting rates and trophy fees for the animals included in your package 

• The personal services of Brendan Moorcroft, your licensed hunting outfitter, throughout your safari 

• The services of a Professional Hunter 

• Experienced trackers and skinners 

• Trained dogs to assist with the recovery of wounded animals, when required 

• Collection and drop-off at East London Airport 

• All transportation during your hunting safari 

• 4×4 hunting vehicles and fuel for the duration of your hunt 

• The use of high quality rifles, scopes, and ammunition 

• Comfortable accommodation 

• All meals and drinks 

• Daily laundry service 

• Field preparation of your trophies 

• Delivery of your trophies to the taxidermist 

• All applicable taxes, hunting permits, and hunting licences 

What’s Not Included in your all inclusive African Hunting Package 

• International and domestic airfare 

• Any required hotel accommodation or stopovers before or after your safari 

• Taxidermy costs 

• Dipping, packing, shipping, and export costs associated with your trophies 

• Observer daily rates 

• Any additional trophy animals taken outside your selected package 

We understand that hunting success can never be guaranteed. If you do not harvest every animal included in your package, you will only be charged for the animals harvested at the applicable package rates. 

Additional Trophy Opportunities 
One of the great experiences of hunting in Africa is never knowing what opportunity may present itself while you are in the field. Should you encounter an additional trophy animal that you would like to pursue, you are welcome to add it to your safari. 

Any animals taken in addition to the trophies included in your selected package will be charged separately according to our standard trophy price list

Customized Hunting Packages 
Every hunter has different goals, and we understand that a predetermined package may not suit everyone. We are therefore happy to create a customized hunting package tailored to your preferred trophy species and individual hunting objectives. Contact us with your wish list, and we will work with you to put together a personalized African hunting safari. 

Observers and Non-Hunting Companions 
Observers and non-hunting companions are most welcome to join you and experience the beauty, hospitality, and adventure of South Africa alongside you. 

Observers are charged an additional daily rate of $150 per person per day, over and above the hunting package price.  

Wounded Animal Policy 
We place great importance on the ethical recovery of every animal hunted. In the event that an animal is wounded, every reasonable effort will be made to locate and recover it, including the use of experienced trackers and trained recovery dogs where necessary. 

Please note that any animal wounded and not recovered will be considered taken and charged at the applicable trophy fee.
