Fees, Terms and conditions
Deposits:
To secure your booking, a minimum deposit equivalent to 50% of your daily rates for the entire safari duration is required. Additionally, both the client and Garland Hunting Safaris must sign a hunting contract. The remaining balance of your daily rates is due upon arrival at Garland Hunting Safaris. For our all-inclusive packages, a 40% deposit of the package fee is required.
Payments:
All payments must be made in either USD ($) or GBP (£). Trophy fees can be settled on the final day of the safari, acknowledging that additional species may be added to your wish list during the safari. We accept cash and electronic fund transfers (EFT), with EFT being our preferred payment method. Banking details will be provided upon request.
Wounded animals, where blood is detected, are considered hunted trophies, and the full trophy fee applies regardless of retrieval.
Gratuities:
While tipping your professional hunter or camp staff is appreciated, it is not mandatory and is entirely at the discretion of the clients. If provided, gratuities should be given in cash in the local currency, as some camp staff may not have access to cash checks or foreign currency exchange.
Cancellation Policy:
If a safari is cancelled at least 150 days before the start date, 40% of the deposit will be refunded, with the remainder forfeited for administrative fees.
If the safari is cancelled less than 150 days before the start date, the entire deposit will be forfeited unless the safari can be rescheduled within the same hunting season, subject to availability.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
